1. Office Assistant (Multipurpose)

Candidates should have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or its equivalent.

• Proficiency in the local language of the RRB for which the candidate wishes to apply.

• Working knowledge of computers is desirable/required as prescribed in the notification.

2. Officer Scale-I

Candidates should have:

• A Bachelor's Degree in any discipline from a recognized university or its equivalent.

• Preference may be given to candidates having a degree in Agriculture, Horticulture, Forestry, Animal Husbandry, Veterinary Science, Agricultural Engineering, Pisciculture, Agricultural Marketing and Cooperation, Information Technology, Management, Law, Economics or Accountancy.

• Proficiency in the local language of the RRB is required.

• Knowledge of computer skills is also prescribed.

3. Officer Scale-II – General Banking Officer

Candidates should generally have a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with the prescribed minimum marks and the required professional banking experience.

4. Officer Scale-II – Specialist Officers

The required qualification depends on the specialist post.
Relevant qualifications include:

• IT Officer – Degree in relevant IT/Computer/Engineering discipline

• Chartered Accountant – CA qualification

• Law Officer – Law Degree

• Treasury Manager – Degree with relevant financial/treasury qualification and experience

• Marketing Officer – Degree with MBA/PG Diploma in Marketing

• Agricultural Officer – Degree in Agriculture or related discipline

Relevant post-wise experience is also required for Scale-II specialist posts.

5. Officer Scale-III

Candidates generally require a Bachelor's Degree in any discipline with the prescribed marks along with the required minimum professional experience in the banking/financial sector.
